Restriction enzymes for Golden Gate Assembly.

This module handles most of the Golden Gate Assembly computation. gg_prob is an estimation of Golden Gate reaction efficiency, which may vary depending on the selection of overhangs that must anneal. The biochemical theory on which the module is based on was developed independently, but the data used and a more detailed explanation can be found in Pryor, Potapov, et al. 2020.
